I'm Fay Victoria,
This is the space where I share wellbeing fitness and selfcare offerings alongside my wilderness adventures up here at Sueno Verde, the off-grid Eco Project that I developed as part of my self care and healing from PTSD and burnout.
We are based high in the mountains of NW Spain; a place I am lucky to call home.
If you struggle with your own self care too, I hope that you will find this a safe space for you to reconnect with yourself at a time when you may feel like you have lost touch with who you are.
I have worked in Wellbeing & Fitness for over 25 years, in various roles. Over that time my body has changed a lot from pregnancy through to peri menopause.
My journey took me via chronic stress-related illness and allergies and recovery. I am always learning and evolving and I love to share all my learnings and am passionate about helping others.
